Mission of REACH Adult High School

The mission of REACH Adult High School is:

 Responsibly Educating Adults seeking Completion of a High school diploma.

How does it work?

One phone call can begin the enrollment process.  Registration forms will be mailed to you.  Complete those forms and return them to the REACH Administrative office.  After the transcript from your former school arrives, it will be evaluated to determine what courses need to be completed, then you will receive a phone call to set up a conference to discuss your graduation plan.  You will be required to take a placement test that will indicate the areas that need to be strengthened.  These test results will be used to create an individual education plan.

 For more information or to receive registration forms, call 614-8731 or use the e-mail address below.

How long does it take?

The number of credits you need to graduate and how long it will take are determined by the credits that appear on the transcript received from your former high school.  The credits required for graduation by the State of Tennessee are:

  • 4 credits in English:  English 9, 10, 11, 12;
  • 3 credits in Math (including Algebra I);
